Orders and delivery
All orders can be picked up in person at Gajcom doo, Pot heroja Trtnika 45, Ljubljana – Vevče.
We are located at Papirnica Vevče. In front of the building, to the right of the fence, are three parking spaces reserved for our customers. The entrance is up the blue stairs to the right of the building.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 7 am to 4.30 pm.
We print from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 3 pm, and collection is possible until 4.30 pm.
In principle, we prepare orders for personal collection or send them by post the next working day after receiving the order, and sometimes on the same day. We ship with Pošta Slovenije, which delivers very quickly throughout Slovenia.
If the products you ordered happen to be out of stock, we will notify you and offer you another solution.
For special wishes, just call us or write to us.
At the end of the order, enter your data and confirm that you want us to save your data – this will create your account in our online store. You will be able to change the information at any time. You can also cancel the order in the Invoice (until it is processed by us) and create a new one.
Enter your shipping address when completing your purchase. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, or you want us to send your order to another account this time, simply click on Choose another address and enter it. If you have already placed the order and would like to change the shipping address later, you can edit this in the Invoice (until the order has been processed by us).
You can monitor the status of your orders in the Invoice. You will also receive an automatic e-mail when you receive your order and when you send it. In case we need additional information from you, we will contact you via e-mail and telephone. However, we are always available for all your questions along these routes.
Only the necessary information about your payment card, which is necessary for processing the payment, will be saved. The system only shows part of your payment card number to administrators who have access to the payment system, so there can be no misuse. Also, no security code is recorded in our system. With additional two-step confirmation of transactions, your online purchase is even more secure. If you want your card information to be stored in your Account, you can confirm this – the next time you place your order, the online store will offer you the payment method you last used. However, you will still need to add a security code and confirm payment in two steps.

We ship to all EU countries and most other countries around the world. If you are ordering from abroad, but you cannot choose the address of your desired country, write to us at info @ garderoba .si and we will try to help you.
Usually the products from an individual order are sent at the same time and in one package. In the event of partial delivery or other shipping method, we will notify you.

All products are printed on order, so returns are unfortunately not possible with us.
Before you complete the purchase, make sure you have ordered the right products and above all the right size. If you need advice, let us know.
Sometimes a mistake happens to us too. If we sent you the wrong package or. wrong products, please call us on 0590 12 558 or write to us at info @ garderoba .si . We will arrange everything so that it will be the easiest for you.

If you make a mistake in your order, please let us know as soon as possible. You can change the address in the Invoice or reply to the confirmation e-mail you received when ordering. Let us know what you want to change and we’ll fix it. All corrections notified in a timely manner will be considered.
If you want to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by replying to our confirmation e-mail or calling us on 0590 12 558 (Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm). If we have not yet print the order or, then we can still cancel it.
We print all the products on a regular basis and it is rare that we do not have something in stock. However, you can order products that are not currently in stock. We will let you know how fast we will deliver them – we can always find an alternative.

Our classic t-shirt is Sol’s Imperial. Unisex (men’s) and women’s cuts are always available.
We opted for this t-shirt because it has a very wearable cut for both men and women. The sleeves are just right long, the length of the shirt is just right and the collar is comfortable to wear, as it fits nicely without choking.
The T-shirt is soft to the touch, but still compact enough to be print with high quality.
In an internal survey we conducted a few years ago, we offered acquaintances and customers to test several models of T-shirts with the same print . The Imperial T-shirt turned out to be the best from several angles. It has everything our customers want.

No, we print directly on textiles.
For special effects, such as glitter or reflective printing, we use a special foil, which is washable and not annoying on the T-shirt.
Of course. The colors are vibrant, even the photos and more demanding drawings are print very correctly.
We are also very close to the desired pantone tones. Speaking of one or two t-shirts, customers are very happy with our approximation. When you need a perfect match of color on the Pantone scale , this can be arranged for printing in larger quantities.
The print is elastic, even when you print the T-shirt with elastane, the print is very pleasant to the touch and does not crack.
After prolonged use and repeated washing and drying of T-shirts, you can sometimes (but not always, because it depends mainly on the method of maintenance of T-shirts) notice cracks, which are even throughout the print . This is due to the fact that the T-shirt is repeatedly exposed to temperature fluctuations (washing, drying). Due to temperature differences, the paint loses its flexibility, so cracks may form in some parts. This happens where there is a “hole” in the fabric, i.e. between two threads where the dye “hangs in the air”. The phenomenon usually occurs on the entire print u – this means that the print is very high quality. But nothing is eternal in the world. This “cracking” of the print does not mean that the T-shirt is no longer usable – the colors are still vibrant and nothing has fallen off, so the T-shirt is still beautiful and you will be able to wear it for a long time.
To extend the life of the T-shirt and print, wash the T-shirt upside down at a temperature of up to 40 degrees, air dry it and do not iron directly over the print.
