You ordered a T-shirt online. What now?

Ever since we closed our print shop at Kolosej, you have often asked us this question. But there is no need to worry, as our collection point in Vevče is operating completely normally. You can collect your orders from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 and 16:30.

Why Vevče?

Gajcom Print Shop in Vevče has been operating for almost 30 years. Ten years ago, we decided to reach a wider audience and open a branch at Kolosej. We named it Garderoba and also established a company under that name. There, we set up a small print shop. You were used to coming in, speaking with one of our team members, who would also help you prepare the design for your T-shirt, then placing your order and arranging when to collect it. Well, now it all works in much the same way, except it takes place at Gajcom; the www.garderoba.si online store is owned by Gajcom d.o.o.

How does ordering in person work?

We recommend that you let us know you are coming by emailing us at info@garderoba.si or calling us on 0590 12 558, so we can expect you. We have organised our work a little differently than we did at Kolosej. There, you would come in to order just one T-shirt or a few T-shirts, usually in smaller quantities. Gajcom Print Shop, on the other hand, is primarily a wholesale print shop, and meetings for larger orders also take place here. We like to spread our customers’ appointments throughout the day so that we can give each one our full attention. If you are ordering just one T-shirt, you are just as important to us as someone ordering several thousand T-shirts. We like to make time for everyone.

When can I collect my order?

Have you already ordered a T-shirt through our online store? Great! In that case, we will notify you when your T-shirt is ready for collection and you can come by whenever you wish (of course, during our opening hours, between 7:00 and 16:30). 

Did you order by email? We will let you know by email when your T-shirt is ready, and you will then be able to collect it.

Do you need help with the design?

You are welcome to come by in this case as well, but we recommend sending your design, or at least an outline of what you need, by email in advance to info@garderoba.si and roughly arranging when you will come by, so we can finalise all the printing details. 

How long does it take for a T-shirt to be printed?

Once all printing details have been agreed, your T-shirt joins the print shop queue. The printing process itself takes at least 30 minutes (printing and drying). This is a technical part of the process that cannot be avoided—it is necessary to achieve a high-quality print and a T-shirt that withstands washing. Of course, our machines are quite busy, so T-shirts are not processed immediately and have to wait—we usually print orders placed during the day on the next working day.

If you need your T-shirt “right away”, let us know—we will check what we can do and make every effort to accommodate you.

Even if it is not quite so urgent, please tell us when you need the T-shirt at the latest. This helps us avoid rushing unnecessarily while also ensuring that we do not take too long to complete your order. We truly want you to receive the T-shirts you envisioned, when you need them.

Our address is Gajcom d.o.o., Pot heroja Trtnika 45, 1000 Ljubljana. We are located at Papirnica Vevče, right next to the beautiful Ljubljanica River – access is via the fire escape stairs to the right of the building. Three reserved parking spaces are available right in front of our entrance. 

Are you visiting us in a wheelchair? Call us on 01 54 22 300 and we will come and get you using the lift.

Have you arrived with a child who is asleep in the car and you do not want to leave them alone? Call us and we will bring your order out to the car park.

Do you feel uncomfortable using the fire escape stairs? Call us and we will come and get you via the internal stairs.

Do you have a dog with you? Feel free to bring them along – dogs are always welcome here.
