We ship via Pošta Slovenije and occasionally through another courier service. Shipping costs are displayed in the cart.
T-shirts are carefully packed in a special, sturdier plastic bag that protects them from external factors such as moisture, rain and physical damage. The packaging bag is not transparent, so its contents cannot be seen. The bag is marked to indicate that it was sent from www.garderoba.si.
We can also deliver your order directly to the recipient of the gift. We will send the invoice to you by email, so it will not be included in the package.
We process orders quickly. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
We usually reply on the same day or on the first business day if you place your order on a public holiday or weekend, and prepare your order within 2 business days. However, this may not always be possible during busy periods. If you are in a hurry or have not received a reply within a few hours, please call us.
If your T-shirt is physically damaged and you suspect the fault is ours, please send it back to us by regular post and we will send you a new one. However, exchanges are not possible for made-to-order products.
